WallyPark Lands in ATL & PHL

L&R adds Atlanta and Philadelphia to its Roster of Parking Royalty.

ATLANTA & PHILADELPHIA – What started as a venture to take the stress out of travel is now sweeping the country in grandiose fashion. And it comes in the form of white glove service that mirrors the luxury of a Ritz-Carlton hotel. Only, instead of a hotel, this service takes place at an off-airport parking facility called WallyPark.

With locations already in Los Angeles, Denver and Seattle, WallyPark, the premiere airport parking specialist, has expanded its first class family by adding facilities in Atlanta and Philadelphia, making WallyPark one of the largest national off-airport parking companies in the country.

But this growth didn’t happen overnight. Instead, it began with The L&R Group of Companies’ [“L&R”] purchase of the WallyPark franchise in 2005, which, at that point in time, consisted only of the Los Angeles location. But L&R envisioned WallyPark as a national brand, and so did Dreamentia Creative Laboratories, who pitched and won WallyPark’s advertising business with the goal of helping to bring a WalyPark to every major airport in the country.

Dreamentia, a Los Angeles-based advertising agency that also specializes in branding and marketing, has been helping WallyPark grow ever since, creating a brand new look and feel that included a new logo, new signage, new attitude and a re-building and re-branding of the company’s WallyClub membership.

WallyClub, the company’s premier frequent parker program, offers its members exclusive savings and white-glove service that goes beyond the traditional WallyPark experience. The perks include 20% off car care and repairs, a free car wash and a guaranteed parking space, even during peak holidays.

After mapping out those perks and regulations, L&R began courting other cities through location scouting and due diligence, knowing that eventually they’d be outfitting an already constructed building into a facility fit for WallyPark. Unlike other companies, WallyPark doesn’t build its lots from the ground up. Rather, they get creative with the building they’ve purchased, which makes for a unique parking experience at every location.

And from Los Angeles to Philadelphia, that’s what makes each WallyPark entity unique. While they all look different on the outside, the level of service found inside each branch is still the same, premier parking experience.

Today, L&R is one of the largest parking organizations in the nation. Along with WallyPark, the company owns a plethora of parking businesses, such as Five Star Parking, System Parking, Inc., Joe’s Auto Parks and Network Parking. And Dreamentia continues to help each business expand creatively and strategically.
