Cookie Casa Gets Sweeter

With a modified name and a spot on The Sweets Truck, Cookie Casa Bakery is heating up just in time for the holidays.

What do you get when you add a dash of homemade tradition, a savor for sweets and a craving for expanding your brand? You get a recipe for sweet success, which is exactly what Cookie Casa Bakery is cooking up with its recent partnership with Greg Rogers PR, The Sweets Truck and Dreamentia Creative Laboratories.

Decades ago, a family baking tradition began. Homemade treats were always a staple at Erin Zabel’s family gatherings. Molasses ginger cookies, Snickerdoodles, and Roscos (a tender Spanish cookie rolled in cinnamon and sugar) are just a few tasty treats that Erin’s family perfected.

And with the new partnership of Greg Rogers PR, Cookie Casa Bakery has joined the mobile food movement by signing on with “The Sweets Truck,” a premier mobile emporium of some of the tastiest treats the city has to offer.
